Old new belt was reused lol.
Of course belts will stretch a little that's why there is a tensioner ;-)

Used a real can lock tool this time that I got so that's why the timing was perfect.

I'm not sure how to install a transmission so I figured I'd just be in the way. You already had boom booms, didn't need anyone else clogging it up.

Kinda bummed about it. Ah well. It is what it is.

I got the engine out. One of the clutch discs was out of alignment slightly and broke during install. Doh!
Will order a new disc tomorrow. So mad at myself.

Back in business
Test drive at 24lbs wastegate pressure went well.

In true B5 fashion I've had a few hiccups with the new setup:

Last night the oil pressure line melted on the downpipe... clouds of smokes... whoops! +1 dumbass point for me!
And then this morning after driving to work the lower radiator hose blew off right before pulling into the parking lot - again my fault, another +1 dumbass point for me lol.

Back up to 37psi ;-)
