Updating after some changes.
Point of no return is familiar territory for me. Point of no return is when you would need to do a whole lot of work to revert to stock. I really should've done this with the white S6 but the trans needing to be replaced derailed that plan. I don't mod by committee, like or no like I do this stuff for me and a few friends knew this was happening. Took too long at the body shop that I won't mention, it is a clinched kit which I won't mention too much either since the US office gave me a jacked up offset that was nowhere near right and wasted a set of wheels.
BIG thanks for my TWCompetition guys for moral and mental support. I hated having a long distance relationship. Blake at North West Auto Salon and Right Away Tire, Ben "Mops" @Nemesis, Alex@Europrice, Kelly and the guys at Achtuning.
Output and some construction photos to get to this point.
Off to body shop in Cali.
The widebody pieces
This was a 21x11.5 +5 with 295/30-21. Way the f off.
Using a big spacer. Decided the 295 was way too sissy for the rear, do not want to run too wide of a tire up front so waited until the car was back to do my own measurements.
Fully molded in kit.
Painted, lots of cutting involved. Everything but the hood and trunk was painted, roof was cleared over so there was no lines.
Daylight.
Day before transport back to Seattle.
This was a set of 275/35-21 winter tires I had lying around. Wanted to get the metal edge of the wheel to the body line for measurement. No intention of driving on stretched tires. Think this was a 40mm spacer in the back on top of a 21x11.5 +5 offset is essentially 21x11.5 -35.
Winter tire was technically too tall so put my stock 275/30-21 tires on. Even higher level of RETARDED stretch!
3rd set of BC Forged wheels for the RS7. Wanted monoblocks but no one thinks running this negative of an offset is safe for a super concave face. Like clockwork, BC Forged delivers from Taiwan in 4 weeks even during this world wide game of cooties.
21x10.5 -25 front, 21x12.5 -25 rear. Offset can go lower, intentionally running a little conservative for the expected Widebody growing pains. Been here before, don't full send that shit out of the gate.
275/30-21 PS4S front, 325/25-21 PS4S rear.

RS7 went to North West Auto Salon after ordering the wheels. Plan, full Xpel PPF and Ceramic Pro. The photo filter hid most of the body changes, hahaha.
The tape is to highlight some clearancing we needed to do for full wheel travel. Not on air and need the car to be fully functioning and not that parked hard look.
Tow to another body shop.
Wheel test fit. Gas cap off for PPF.
Received from Alex@europrice RS6 wheel liners to make something work for the wheels. Running without wheel liners is ill advised, launching rocks and debris into crevices and between panels is a nightmare.
Back last week and North West Auto Salon was able to finish their work. Incredible attention to detail and like Achtuning, Europrice and Nemesis I'm happiest working with those of similar passion.
