    B8 A4 2.0 BorgWarner K04 Turbo Upgrade Kit $2399.99

The heart of the CTS Turbo B8 A4 2.0T turbo upgrade kit is the Borg Warner K04-0064 turbocharger. This turbocharger is commonly used in OEM applications such as the Audi S3 available in Europe. The highlight of this Borg Warner turbocharger in our kit is the 'forged mill' compressor wheel, which brings numerous benefits to the enthusiast. The technology used in the production of these turbos provides us with a variety of benefits, reduced compressor wheel weight (faster spool), increased strength, and greater surface area of the compressor wheel. Because of the 'forged mill' technology Borg Warner can increase the effective surface area of the compressor wheel, which results in greater air flow than conventional cast compressor wheels.

In addition to the Borg Warner K04-0064 the CTS Turbo B8 A4 2.0T turbo upgrade kit uses a set of custom silicon hoses to relocate the factory diverter valve. Our diverter valve relocation uses the same principles as the OEM Audi S3, Audi TTS and Golf R. In addition to the diverter valve relocation our kit includes a new diverter valve housing to relocate the diverter valve, associated OEM gaskets, nuts, studs and hardware and test pipe to connect to your factory downpipe. This kit is by far the best 'bang for the buck' modification available for B8 enthustiasts with the 2.0T engine.

    B8 A4 Silicone Intercooler Hose kit $199.99

CTS Turbo now offers a full silicone intercooler hose set for the B8 Audi A4/A5 2.0T FSI. The hoses that come stock with your car age and deteriorate over time. This will lead to inevitable boost leaks leading to loss of power and increased wear on the turbo. CTS Turbos hoses are far more durable and are guaranteed to not crack. Our super rigid construction eliminates hose expansion and deformation under high boost pressure. Included in the kit is our Billet Aluminum 2.25" Turbo Outlet Adapter.

A recommended addition to this kit is our B8 A4 Turbo Inlet Hose. Click here for more info. Seen below.

    B8 A4/A5 Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose $69.99

Turning up the boost in your car increases wear on your stock rubber turbo inlet hose. Eliminate cracking, stretching and deformation with this CTS Turbo B8 A4/A5 Silicone Turbo Inlet Hose. Increased rigidity and higher flow mean less restriction and more power.

This is a recommended addition to our B8 A4/A5 Intercooler Hose Set seen here. Seen above.

    B8 A4 Test Pipe/HFC $174.99

The CTS B8 A4/A5 2.0T test pipe is the premier test pipe for your Audi A4 or A5 2.0T. Our test pipe features 3" stainless steel piping, smooth mandrel bends, two 02 sensor bungs with an option for a third. Substantial power gains, improved exhaust flow and a more throaty sound are the main benefits from installing our test pipe. Upon inspection you will notice a flare which is nearly 4", this flare then tapers to 3" and is designed to allow for optimal flow as the exhaust gas transitions from the turbocharger to the test pipe. In addition to being one of the best bang for the buck performance upgrades for A4/A5 owners our test pipe is also very attractive piece. Each 3" test pipe is mandrel bent, hand tig welded and comes with the standard CTS swag (lanyard and plate frame). Do you need an additional 02 bung for data logging? Well that's no problem! Tig welding additional 02 bungs can be done for an additional charge.

    Fully tig welded design
    Optional third 02 bung
    Install hardware included

Yes, we will be having a Black Friday sale. Not many people around here look in these threads, but they should. This is something we've been working on for B8 that can house a turbo substantially larger than a K04:

I would rather buy your guys stuff over anyone else, as i have learned, through buy from others, that your company in my opinion produces the higher quality stuff.

We have not decided if we will offer this with EFR, however it has been designed to accept EFR bearing housings. We will certainly offer this setup with Garrett GT/GTX hardware. This is a ways away, but we get a lot of moaning and complaining that we don't work on 'platform x, y, z' etc. anymore, so now we hope to get no moaning from the B8 guys

I dont think an Intercooler really increases Power, however they eliminate heatsoak and decreases lag.

heh - you guys had to change the music on that catch can draining video, didn't ya?

Serious question tho: when did the design of the catch can change to remove the drain plug on its bottom? The one I just received does not have one and I was told to drain it through the AN fittings...

Anychance you can ball park or even give a hint at what kind of price tag will be attached to this? I'm planning a k04 but if this is going to be considerably more powerful and not cost me a kidney I may hold out.

Thanks, but that's usually not how it's done. Your third party, it's like asking a sub-contractor what the general contractor is doing. I don't have any questions as this will be the same situation as last K04 kit that I was going too buy. No tuning provided, no chance on me dealing with that especially when another company is offering it. I was going to buy the catch can but same thing as there was a few questions on the kit and no response..... All these CTS power threads/exhaust threads are great if they are used to inform the customer and answer any questions or issues on install etc. These threads are currently as follows... CTS AD for sale, questions from member, no response, CTS AD, questions, no response, CTS AD. Please correct me, and prove me wrong but that's the way I see this.

That was the plan Shaph, plug and play for the most part. However, some of the responses we get here aren't conducive for us to develop products for the platform.

We don't have any details posted, but we did have a customer post up an extensive review of the FMIC kit including that info. I believe he was from Arizona, he posted more info than most people really have interest in. I don't know where that thread is, but it could easily be found by searching AZ.

Serious question tho: when did the design of the catch can change to remove the drain plug on its bottom? The one I just received does not have one and I was told to drain it through the AN fittings...
Drain plug was eliminated, it was redundant and a pain to use. It's much easier to remove the catch can from the bracket and drain it through one of the AN ports. We have had a number of customers strip out the bottom of the catch can because they either tighten them too much or they don't use the correct sized allen head socket.

If we sat on the forums all day answering questions we wouldn't have time to develop products. I think people would prefer to have products being developed for their car, rather than having someone trolling the forum answering questions that could easily be found. We're a small company, people in general need to have patience these days, we're not Amazon. We could can the engineering team and hire a gang of forum trolls, but that doesn't benefit anyone wanting to further the B8 platform.

Modded Euros is one of our largest distributors, they can have the experience to answer questions about our product line.

@WAF - if you or anyone else need any CTS help, don't hesitate to drop us an email at [email protected] and we can answer any questions. The CTS guys I can tell you are cranking very hard on dev and manufacturing to keep up with demand.
Thanks for the support and chiming in Modded Euros

Target price for the hardware will be just below $3000.00, keep in mind software and fueling would be additional. As you can see this setup has internal DV/BOV right now, internal WG, and the idea is plug and play with an OEM+ look.

I'm not asking for a troll. So when i PM you guys and don't get an response numerous times contact one of your dealers even though i've bought your products through you directly? It would be a waste of time bothering a vendor which is in the US that i wouldn't order from cause of shipping costs, but if that's the process no problem.

Thats a crap answer, sorry. Plenty of forum vendors on here take the time to answer questions and frequent the forums several times a day. Step it up.

Still excited to see what you guys are doing. I ran a CTS BT kit on my mk4 and loved it.

Hold Shimmy on I'm the bad guy for asking on product info and reasonable customer service. I agree with everything you said.

You guys all know they have an email right? Every time I have emailed I get an email back same day or the following, not sure about the whole ordeal about "forum response." Regardless I am excited to see more information about this setup and what exactly options will be for it.

Agree. Audizine isn't their website. They do have a website with contact info though. If they didn't respond there, that would be poor.

Does fueling for this new kit mean S3 injectors? What other internal components?

    Thanks!
Likely scenario: Installer error due to over tightening or incorrect bolt per correct port, or due to previous valve cover/PCV replacement bolt threading issue (i.e. catch can installer over tightening of bolts, guys that replaced PCV previously stripped first couple of threads out of each port, or very lastly, bolts were indeed slightly too short.)
