Whatsup everybody.. so the time for more power so bunch of changes are going to start being made to the car.
I figured id make one build thread instead of multiple ones for each new upgrade.

Staz...stop moding your car so fast. I cant keep up. lol. Looks awesome tho man. Keep up the good work. We gotta get together for a photo shoot sometime soon man. I'll have my wheels on shorty and my splitter lined up. Then we can get some nice shots of our cars!

i knew i forgot to add something lol .. i have no clue what im doing for an intake yet .. suggestions ? its going to be a t25 housing to support the 2860

Well most (if not all) T25 GT2860 come internally gated, so my question is why go though the expense of welding the internal gate shut and adding an external gate?

I believe the turbo was originally on a car that had an existing external wastegate setup, so they just welded it shut instead of changing the downpipe and everything else, since the external wastegate dumped into the downpipe.

If you want to prolong the life of your AT I would recommend these before you start bolting on the power, the converter at least.

yep you are correct

theres a big possibility of a tranny swap further down the road , maybe come spring time if all goes as planned

As far as the crank, installation? I did a manual swap on my car, but I have a VR6. In the portion about of swap of trans stuff in my build thread I have a link to another person's thread that did a swap on a b5 1.8t.

i meant to write 6 speed tip tranny from a b6 s4 to replace my 5 speed tip

i know the s4's hold a lot more power for a stock tranny so id have a lot more to work with

If you're going to go through all the trouble of swapping transmissions, fucking do it right and get a standard. just trust me. and I'm sure many, many others will agree.
