the power folding mirrors are actually very efficient. i know when i get out of my car, i dont want anyone to open there door and hit my car or my mirror, so the mirror folds up out of hitting range.

they are made for HID, i can supply HID kits too if you are interested.
it also comes with the harness to run all of your lights, and it also includes the city light wire in the harness.

i am currently out of stock right now, but i will be getting more within a week. usually, the price is $235 shipped to anywhere in the US. you can prepay so that i can guarantee that you will get a set. i do have 7 people on the prepay list. i was told that in the first shipment, i will only be getting 11 sets of these headlgihts.
