didnt read through all of your thread but i was wondering how hard it was to shave the side molding on the doors. i have been pondering about diving in and trying it.

car looks great man. its an inspiration.

There is about 6 holes in each door from the molding, and another in each fender. I welded plates in from the back then covered & smoothed with everglass. If you plan on doing that, you will basicly need a full re-paint. 4 doors, 2 fenders.

That is how PPG K36 looks when laid. Many hours of block sanding ahead.

The car looks awesome and I really like how the front bumper came out with shaving the side gills. Are you going to run a front plate? The only reason I ask is because I am thinking about going with a Reiger front bumper again but filling the front plate area and I think that would have looked good on your car.

Great Job. I know it is not done yet as the detail work has to be completed but keep us updated.
