Thanks to all for the input. Finally decided on the Vossen GNS-1 in Satin Black, 22x10.5 et7. I feel these will pair with the Florett Silver nicely. Huge thanks to Martin at Nemesis for help and suffering through all my deliberations, numerous emails, texts, repeated questions, and flip flopping. He has the patience of a saint!

Hey everyone, new guy here. Getting my RS6 tomorrow and I am already hunting for goodies. I want to snag some VOSSEN wheels and wanted to verify if anyone could confirm that its ok to snag the super deep for front and back with the steel brakes??? Or should I just go with the super deep in the back and leave the front deep? Thanks in advance, happy to be here and looking forward to learning from you all, this is my first Audi.

I run super deep HF-5's with Carbon Brakes +7 front and +4 rear

22x10.5, and reused the factory Pirelli tires

Tying to decide on finish for Vossen ERA-1s for my car. I am thinking of doing 22 x 10.5 +7/+4 but am having a really hard time figuring out what finish to do. I am between satin black and satin champagne faces, with the respective color choice in gloss on the barrel and the hardware. I tried to get the color as accurate as possible in the render below.

My vote would be satin champagne. Think you see more details from such an intricate wheel design.

Looking for 21” winters that won’t break the bank or look super tucked. I found Some replicas by DAI but unclear if they will actually fit/clear the breaks. Any input would be helpful….or other suggestions.

At $300 Canadian per wheel these look pretty good.

While I hope to eventually get some upgraded wheels, I was wondering if these all black 22” 5-spoke wheels are a factory option or just a case of lots of people getting the factory wheels powder coated black after delivery. I have seen multiple 2022 RS6 listings with these wheels but they don’t appear to be an option when configuring the car. Still on the waiting list so was hopeful to change to these if possible. Any info is appreciated.

A lot of nice set ups but to my surprise with the size of this car and how wide the hips are I was expecting more 22x11.5's or even 22x12's in the rear. 10.5's are way too skinny for this wide car. Even a lot of M3 owners are running 11.5 wide in the rears with 295/30's and even 305/30 and that is a much smaller car than this. Out of all the set up I think, HWJimmy with the BC Forge 22x11.5 set up is on the right track. Just waiting on someone to put some 22x12's in the rear and I think that would look perfect. I can see HWJimmy has a bit more space to play. HWJimmy...keep up the great work...love your stance!!!

If the brake/suspension clearance as it relates to offset doesn't allow for a massive stagger with a deep lip, what is the advantage of running 12" wheels?

The limitation really is tire selection. There aren't many options for tires in 295/30 and 305/30 with those often being out of stock, especially if people want to run Michelin.
Add that you likely can't run 12" in the front too, so then it's even more tough to find a tire for the fronts with the same OD while creating same tire stretch/profile as the rear.

22x10.5 fronts are perfect and I was referring more to the rears running 22x12's with 295/30 or even 305/30 with a slightly higher offset. Wide wheels looks so good with the wider hips in my opinion.
