2013 AUDI S5 SUPERCHARGER + 6466 TURBO BUILD ENGINE " TwinCharger "

Hi everyone,
My name is Oleg I bought this 2013 Audi S5 DSG with 14K Miles on it fully loaded. Engine was hydro locked, cylinder number 3 had cracked piston and bended Conrod. This is a good time to start real build of 3.0T engine with turbo setup plus stock supercharge. I'm looking to get from this setup around 600-800whp. let's see how much power can take S-Tronic . Just wanted to share this information and data with all of you

Currently stock block with 6466 SINGLE TURBO

TESTED BEFORE 187mm / 57.5mm Pulley tuned by 034Motorsport Stage 2+ Car run 11.9 / 113mph had Issue on E40 file peak boost was 18psi with opened bypass valve.

Don't we already know the DSG can't handle much more power over stock (or rather over stage 2)? That's why Audi doesn't use them in their higher end cars?

Very easy ! First take off all black metal clips around the headlights then use a stove to heat headlights up to 180-200F, pull one side of the headlights cover done! same way heat up headlights and put back together make sure is sealed praporly.

Stock tranny would not hold my power but upgraded transmission coolant and set of All NEW 15 Plate High Performance Clutch should take care of it.

E85 takes about 1.5 times more fuel but it's the way to go. Going to be running in in my 3000GT VR4 this year. Hoping for 800+AWHP

There's a diy in the b7 a4 section. The process sounds exactly the same.

Fonse Performance (Al Jr.) built my friend and I our Volvo motors a few years back, good guys.

Thanks a lot, rods was custom designed with my specs and produced in China. Al Jr. from ( Fonse Performance ) doing a great work and this is my third engine i'm doing there.
Al Jr. should place the order for custom pistons shortly i believe we going with JE set

In europe they have V6 TDI A5! I did same style of turbo mounting, car was designed for Turbo) I got Precision CEA 6466 V-Band 2 Gen. I know about E85, I'm planning to make 550-650whp for the first year this should be enough for stock fuel and then i will push over 700whp+ with upgrading fuel system and etc.
