My 2011 A4 2.0 build

I bought the car in February of 2015. The car had 52k on it and i paid $19,500. Found out after i bought it that it was stage 2 revo and had 034 hfc. Here is a pic of the day I bought it.....
So i started getting little stuff here and there like ecs turbo inlet hose, stvbek lip, carbon trunk lip, s4 style rear diffuser and custom dual quad exhaust,
Next was a step....Wagner Tuning FMIC, rs4 grill and fog grills
And now the best step...its almost done and being built by SHAUS MOTORSPORT in Aurora Colorado.....Mahle pistons, IE riffle edged H beam rods, ARP head studs, new forged crank, full engine rebuild, loba performance HPFP, fluidamper harmonic balancer, all new baffles and tensioners, IE intake manifold, southbend clutch, new dualmass flywheel, 034 street density motor and tranny mounts, apikol rear diff mount, full custom 3inch exhaust and full custom tune.

Damn, very nice! How much would you say the engine rebuild was? I have my eye on the EFR plus the intake manifold but maybe I should rebuild my engine and do what you did. Also, did you change out the injectors and fuel pump?

We also want dyno numbers.

I am having a custom tune done this week. So no i wont be using Revo. The total for the build was very expensive. But cheaper then buying a new S4. I used the stock injectors stock head but upgraded to a LOBA high pressure fuel pump.

Hmm, I'll have to find all the parts and see what the cost would be... I don't think I want to find out.

You really dont! Its not good. You could probably do it for less but i kinda went overboard with all the mounts and replacing everything inside the motor....a brand new motor from Audi is 10k....so

Nice build, and a real build at that. Where did you source the forged crank?

This build was the hardest decision ive ever had to make. But now that its almost done im fricken stoked about it. The stock cranks are forged. I just got a new one to save the time of having a rebalance. The power output is expected to be around 450+hp to the crank. There isnt very many done like this so who knows till its tuned. The tuner is using Meistro 7 software with a eurodyne cable.

The turbo looks like a complete bolt on. unfortunately im looking to go through the same route next month with an EFR6758. if you dont mind me asking, what turbo are you using?

Yes there was a problem with the motor as i money shifted the piss out of it. Something was wrong with the trans as it would not go into 3rd gear easily and i happened to try and force it in this time and went to 1st gear.
This turbo is a complete bolt on unit. Comes with manifold, and new diverter valve. Im actually down in castle rock but the car is in aurora.

The Loba K04 is what Revo recommends be used with their tune.

Slowone's build, though, is far past an off the shelf program.
I may copy the pinstriped lip, love the red accent.

Yes my shop SHAUS Motorsport went through all my options on stages of this build..i decided to go for 400+hp. I could have gone for more but im not looking for a straight racecar. So 400+ was perfect for me. Most of the big name companys didnt make a tune for this hp rating so im going with a custom tune specific for MY car and the altitude.

No this was on my mind though. I had been thinking about going with an apr k04 upgrade before any of this miss shift stuff happened. My decision to go bigger was to well......have a badass car instead of a mediocre 4cyl car which is what the apr kit is. I didnt want to spend that kind of money to still get beat up by STI's and EVO's. Which most of the punk kids here in colorado drive!
