Painted the rear diffuser :) an close ups of the tips

looking good! cars finaly going in shop tomorrow to have exhaust leak fixed... then il get the staggered tips put on ( current tips look extremely horrible. shop didnt leave enough room and they stick way to far out . and arent staggerd) and exhaust note fixed lol

I bought an S6 badge off Ali (https://m.aliexpress.com/item/330589...12d470beFslxdD) but didn't use the bracket backing it comes with/on. I used a cutoff wheel to cut the RS6 badge that came with the grill and then double sided sticky taped the S6 badge to the existing bracket. It has worked well so far.

Test the S7 badge on another area of the grille first. It's simple enough to unclip. If the honeycomb thickness isn't the same as factory, you might find you can't use the OE badge. You'd have to try something like mentioned above, cutting off the RS7 face and gluing the S7 one on instead.

Guess you could also mount the OE S7 unit and go nuts with glue but sounds less ideal to me.

Installed and programmed valve control for my exhaust. Testing at 3800rpm as a starting point to find optimal spot to open for best performance and sound.

How did the "brake job work out?"

The exhaust will bolt up no problem, but if the time comes and you do the same message me so I can tell you what electronic measures you'll need to make it work.

Car sounds exotic now, especially when the valves open up and screaming to redline.

Brakes are great thanks. Blows away anything else I've tried by a country mile. Once you've experienced them you'd never go back to anything standard. Makes an RS7 feel inadequate with its stock brakes to me now.

The 3-VIN HEX-V2 cable is $199. I absolutely despise the microtransaction/credit online service model, so the Ross-Tech cable was an easy choice over something like OBDEleven Pro.

It's a Yottamaster/Orico HDD case. You can buy a 5 pack on Amazon for around $20. I love them for specialty tools/electronics as they are great hard shell cases, they fit in slim toolbox drawers (1.5"/38mm), and they interlock stack.

As for it being labeled, I have a vinyl cutter and made a template to create stencils. I place the vinyl sticker on it, paint or permanent marker over the design, then pull off the sticker. The case has a texture to it that makes marker/paint very difficult to remove, so the resulting label does not rub off. When I am done, bingo bango custom labeled cases.
