Boostane? Sounds like the name of a energy drink for your car! I haven't used it. Part numbers are different due to plumbing, but the actual solenoid looks identical.

Last weekend changed front brakes - oem rotors and ebc redstuff pads. This weekend, changed rear pads to akebono ceramic. Noticed that the pad contact patch is much larger on the akebono than stock pads. Feels like there is more bite too.

No more dust or cold weather squealing. Well worth the price!

I love those wheels. I just can't justify $2200 a wheel to save 12lbs lol.

I've always liked that wheel, bought a set a couple of weeks ago for my A5, except I'm still waiting for UPS to find the 4th wheel...

New front splitter, rear spoiler and Vorsteiner 20x9 VFF-103 in carbon graphite. Then ceramic on all for good measure.

Yesterday I put new Wearever front brake pads on, no more squealing! Also while front wheels were off, swapped in some Osram 66340 CBB HID bulbs and replaced the whimpy OEM single horn for a set of dual Hella horns (on OEM bracket). Still sounds sort of funny, but WAY louder.

The new bulbs were totally worth the upgrade. No doubt they're a night and day difference compared to stock bulbs, plus a nice pure white light is icing on the cake.

Unfortunately no, the oem tips' OD is quite a bit bigger than the ID of the tips. And I was modifying my exhaust at the shop anyway and not keeping the stock mufflers, so they just attached the tips to the modified exhaust (center res and rear muffler deleted).

I found some tips that had the right OD for the pieces of pipe behind the OEM tips, just was hoping for an easier way to get them to line up properly without getting the "S" bend made to fit them. Muffler shop, here I come! :)
