I went with Extreme contact DW 275 35 20. These are actually going to be for sale as the wheels won't fit. I'm going with 21s. All tires still have stickers on them and were never used.

Extreme Contact DW in 275/35/20 are out of production and tough to find. You should have no problem selling these. What was the fitment problem?

Just installed EPL stage 1. Flashed both the ECU and the TCU. Wheel spacers last week. Milltek non-res valved cat back last month, and RS6 grille and window tint the month before that. Other than getting VAGCOM for a few tweaks, I may just be done.

I'm loving it. I've only driven it about 40 miles, so it hasn't fully adapted, but wow. The car immediately had a much stronger pull. I can't wait to go out for a drive after dinner, just for the sheer thrill.

My only reference is a tune I did on a 997 Porsche Carrera S, non turbo, a couple of years ago. The EPL flash was much more dramatic, and immediate.

The transmission tune also showed me an immediate improvement. I saw some daylight this afternoon and mashed the gas. It threw me back and wound out to 120 mph in an instant, in D mode. In S it's very smooth on both up and downshifts. I usually don't spend much time in M, but I did today. I've been grinning ever since. So far, I have absolutely no regrets.

Finally got around to doing a few things the other day. Changed to the flat bottom steering wheel and round shift knob. Also new floor mats.

A local shop says they will install for ~$300. Is anyone who has pulled this off able to share any tips. Thanks gents.

If you want to keep it easy (or easier), you can just replace the filler panel as I'm guessing that's where all the holes are.

I'm on the fence right now between APR and EPL. EPL would only be if APR doesn't release their tune soon. I will go right to the dual pulley setup. I'm thinking about doing the carbon cleaning at the same time as well. Have you done that on yours yet? Frank only charges 300ish for the carbon cleaning, but tough to get a hold of.

I'd look at EPL if you're considering E85. If not, I'd go APR because of local support. I've not really looked at the carbon cleaning much. The forced induction engines don't suffer quite as much as the NA engines. I'd likely DIY anyway. The blower comes off really easy.

No I did not , I had a shop doing it . My exhaust was not stock and need it some welding as well, that was another reason . You can do it yourself but I guarantee there is enough struggle Package comes with instructions
