RS6/RS7 Carbon Ceramic Brake calipers powder coated in 'anodized red' with grey cerakoted brackets. Out of the oven and prepping the rebuild. New decals ordered in White/Red, OEM hardware ordered for an attempt to bolt on the S6.



CCB rotors cleaned up, thanks to a little help from P3U.

Calipers are looking great!

Over the weekend I did an oil change and flushed the brake fluid. Bought a Schwaben pressure bleeder and catch can from ecs tuning, made the brake fluid flush incredibly simple. Had my brother there ready to help in case I needed it but it’s a one man job with the right setup!

Car goes in for APR stage 2 single pulley on Friday, currently about 32k miles.

Took it in for a scheduled service under the extended Audi care warranty that was purchased for the car. This is not the actual warranty, but the extended care... not an insignificant amount of money for the package so you would think there would be some level of customer care beyond changing my fucking wiper blades and an oil change. Anyways, the car has the chain slap at the first three seconds of start up. I asked them if the tech could just look at it for me. They wouldn't even entertain the idea unless I paid for that diagnosis. I have no idea why I keep buying Audis. Bunch of stuck up pricks at the dealerships and they hose every penny out of you.

This one is perfection with the gentle cutaway almost as if it was designed for our cars. Almost looks OEM Audi German in quality, fit and finish.
