I ordered a set of HRE FF wheels to go with my B&O Advance sound system ;-)

I'm so impressed with the Hartmann FF 003 CG on my B8 A5 that I felt no need to buy a fully forged HRE, hell if Hartmann did their FF wheels in 21" that's the route I have gone in a heart beat!

lol agreed.... they just wanted to save $ why not creat a little cover for drain bolt instead of removing 15 screws just to drain oil. i do like that filter is on top easy to remove.

You can change oils from up top as well if you get an extractor. I think mine was like $75. It’s super fast - and not messy - changing oil & filter up top...

I kind of disagree with you guys on the dipstick. I'd guess less than 5% of people ever use theirs across all manufacturers....
Now, of course when I had oil lights coming up on my dash in my S5 in the middle of Kansas and I popped the hood to check the level only to find no dipstick, I too was angry. But in my 5 years of Audi ownership, that single day was my only need for a dipstick.

An oil light means "Engine Death is Imminent".

I'd guess more like 20% use a dipstick, every family has at least one person who keeps the cars alive (*waves hand* ).



FYI: When one does install a third party dipstick, one MUST check it's reported level versus the computer, as there is no guarantee the stick is the correct length.

Not to nitpick, but that's conflating the warnings from the oil pressure sensor and oil level sensor ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Which for the 80% of people (pretty sure manufacturers would tell us it's a lot more than that but whatever) who would never touch a dipstick even if the car had one, an easy way to check the oil level, and more importantly a message on the dash saying the car is a quart low, beats the hell out of skipping straight to the low oil pressure/idiot light.

It wasn't too bad. This spoiler had a slight tweak from one end to the other (just a hair). Had to play with position a little to make it work, but after all was said and done...it sits flush across the top and looks great from the back.

Those are super nice, but the Logo will get trashed depending on where you rest your feet. There are a few other mat variations that are not available in the States. I priced a set of Soul w/red leather piping and the dealer quoted me 500. retail. You needed the VIN because they were from a limited edition RS7 1 of 50.

I did find a set from BKS, but the set I have are NLA.

The gloss of the car is amazing and doesn't appear synthetic as some paint sealants I used in the past on other cars (Zaino).

This is my first ceramic coating and I wonder how it will hold up.

The difference is 3 vs 4 zone cooling. Notice no LED for temp control... dial only.

used obd2 tool to enable track time, oil temp, Changed my dash from a6 to s6 in center on start. Disabled seatbelt warning annoying tone and enabled test needles. Hate that tone when you leave car on and exit to grab something before driving away. Guessing obdeleven is the place to go just don’t feel like it worth spending 100 bucks for enabling when lock/unlock windows, trunk and doors with remote. Unless what else can i do with it ODBELEVEN. What version some of you guys bought i see 3 different ones. Thanks
