think I'm done with the exhaust, unless something brakes, the initial sound in combination with the SC wine is just awesome , best I've had so far, mind due the Kline setup is bigger in diameter 2.75" vs 2.5" stock, clips to follow when sound settles in ...

gone through few cars/projects previously, no oompa loompas lol, the ideas are just popping in, lots of trial and error, also trying to have some less common upgrades so it all makes the rare setup all together

I guess everyone changes the wheels as a first mode, in this case may be last or never, I like them but now we could go wider as more power from PES effortlessly lights up all wheels so more grip would come handy ...
plus it's still a half sleeper ...

Yours can be the test bed for wider tires on the KW's, I'm not buying coils until I need new tires lol, I just don't think they'll clear haha

previously I was 2cm lower and 12mm spaced, front and rear tires were inside the fenders, on KWs with no rubbing at all, very hard to clear any driveways, now we are 10cm of the ground and all good everywhere I go, if budget permits there is always a way to go wide, right offset, rolled fenders, wide body kit, you name it ...

Something to notice on the graph between the 2 runs is that the atmospheric pressure is identical and the temp is 1 deg C less, which should mean that the results are not effected by outside factors too much. Very good!

the car did not move from the rollers, installation was actually done on dyno, so no dyno tricks, same car position, straps etc,
about the software you mean TCU?, yes now running the German Motoring stronic upgrade

no transmission upgrades besides the software, shifting is as smooth as it used to be if not better, torque handing is very well sorted as you don't have it all on plate until clutch is fully disengaged, so take offs are smooth ass for daily dive,
the RS7 box is a bit beefier but was done for different cars, much heavier with much more torque needed to start of, added extra 8th gear just for fuel consumption and to be able cruise on high speeds, mind due they have been tuned up with some figures pretty close to 1000Nm, 30% plus increase, stronic does not have torque converter as previous DSGs which helps with delivering the torque down to the wheels. The PES kit is capable of delivering way more if you wish, simple pulley/belt upgrade, the question is how much do you want and how much more the car can handle while staying reliable for daily ...
there are PESed RS5s in US with close to 10000miles done already with no reliability issues what so ever ...
the difference now is that you don't need to launch control to properly take off and you are still faster the launched NA RS5 ...
