I have the two factory front O2 sensors int he up pipe, and then the wideband in the downpipe.

So it seems I may have got a little carried away with the wastegate spring... 35psi with 0% duty cycle now that I've fixed the leaks lol.

I'm going to have to pull the wastegate again and take the one spring out lol.

I'll post a log later.. it's funny... ME7 freaks out and goes to 45% throttle at ~ 5000rpm... and so WHP flat lines there at 600WHP haha. Too funny.

Here's the log from this morning... pretty funny how much power it makes at 30 to 40% throttle lol.

The boost gauge peaked to 35psi and then dropped to 30psi once the throttle cut hit.
Need to pull the wastegate... Doh!
I wonder how much power she will make with 100% throttle lol. A simple tweak to the tune and we'll find out haha.

I rode in a shop guys high powered "laggy" turbo setup, and it was mind blowing. It has me looking at your thread with a lot more interest now. The way that thing just pulled was rediculous.

Lee will you post up logs of your most powerful pump tune? Before spray? I don't think I'm going to use nitrous in my DD, so I'd love to see a complete 93 oct/meth file if you don't mind. trying to get an idea of spool/top end and which is a good balanced turbo for my needs.

I tend to agree. Plus if placed earlier in the path it will atomize the air better/more evenly. Placing it there will have those to front runners benefit most, while the last two get the worst ratio. Unless you're running an egt sensor per cylinder to monitor heat, I wouldn't feel comfy... But hey that's just me, I can always learn something new...

It won't hit the air temp sensor. The nozzle is in plane with the throttle body. If you look you'll see that's angled up on the intake.
Also the meth atomizes and isn't a spray as such.

A few reasons for the location are:
Post throttle body is best, many ppl have had throttle body issues from spraying before it.
With the blow through maf being right before the throttle body there is no room for it pre throttle body.
By being post throttle body if you get throttle cut it won't cause pooling before the throttle body.

I'm expecting great results from this placement. :-)
