    Brake Replacement How-to

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Here's a link to a little project I did today: How to replace your front brakes.

I replaced my front rotors with new OEM rotors and replaced the pads with EBC Reds.

I like the feel of the pads thus far. They're still very new and are just starting to bed in.

    Hope it helps someone.

You should have them powder coated first.

Is there a good diy howto for the 2.7 biturbo brakes?
My brakes are not like the brakes in this howto. :(

It uses the 2 pad setup with the NON-HP2 calipers. and I have yet to see how to remove the long springs on the sides or if i am removing the 21mm bolts for the caliper or the 2 rubber capped 7mm hex bolts I believe? not sure..
