Yes sir! I was there... cruised down with fellow allroad owner and friend @Turbavanttro. It was an awesome event. Also had the opportunity to get in on a wagon group shot at the VAG parking deck afterwards.

I had the 7’s when I was Stage 1. Switched to 8’s when I went Stage 2 from the recommendation of friends.

I’m aware certain cars run rough with 8’s (even with a KO4) but I’ve had no issues on a stock turbo. 7’s are probably fine though.

I just try to get in as far as my hand allows, the direct center usually is not reachable though. Couple blasts with the pressure washer is good enough for me though.

I recently switched over from coilovers to air ride. I held off on this for a long time but I’m happy with the result. It rides comfortably and still handles well. The 30 way adjustable struts are super easy to adjust too. Ginty Fab provided the excellent install and the Because Bags bracket keeps everything tidy, retaining full use of the trunk (a must!).

Other than the range of height available do you feel there are any compromises vs the PSS10’s? Were the Bilsteins due for replacement, miles? I ask because they are on my short list...in part because of your build.

I’ve had the car on air for a week so I can’t say there were any long term compromises at this point. That said, the PSS10’s are amazing build quality in material choice. Airlift is never going to manufacture a stainless steel strut so that’s a +1 for Bilstein. I’m happy mine went to another allroad owner who will have many more years of use from them.

It’s really apples and oranges though. The Bilsteins can’t lay the car on it’s belly with the push of a button

Peelers are great! But I’m looking forward to getting the rotors or maybe another wheel on eventually for summer.

My struts are currently set to:

Front - 8 clicks from 30
Rear - 6 clicks from 30

I meant to post this info earlier but didn't have a chance. This might be common knowledge but it took me some searching for all the various stretch bolts needed to upgrade the rear brakes properly. So, if anybody is looking to upgrade from 300x12 A4/allroad rotors to the beefy 330x22 S4 rotors, don't forget to order new stretch bolts! Hopefully this will save someone time in the future.

Stretch bolts you'll need:

Qty. 4 (2 per side)
Hex Head Bolt (M8x22) [Attaches carrier to caliper]

Yes, this is a pretty straightforward upgrade for B8 A4's and allroads. The parts I listed should do the trick
