Is there a white option of the bulbs you have? I cant seem to find one on their site.

I feel like white would look better on gray.

I'm looking at some 19" rotor wheels for my 2012 AllRoad 3.0TDI - what offset are the ones you have, please?

They were cheap ones from eBay that I cannot recommend here. These ones I'm running now are much better and some friends have had good luck as well.

I have the RS5 flavor of rotors (ET26). There are many different versions running around but if you're gonna go 19's, I'd look for a set that have an offset of 33. They have nice concavity but you'll probably still need spacers.

This article has lots of info on the differences between them.

Thank you for the reply and the link - it was very helpful
With the 19x9 ET33 wheels, tire calculators would suggest that the wheel would be 19.7mm closer to the suspension strut and the outer rim will poke out 5.7mm more than before (18x8 ET26). Would I still need spacers, as the wheel will not be any more recessed into the wheel arch, or do I need spacers because I need to move the wheel away from the suspension strut?
Sorry for all the questions - I'm pretty new to this.

Couple small updates currently in process. I picked up a new rear lower valence, rear upper valence and an S-Line spoiler.

The back bumper was in rough shape so I'm pretty excited to refresh these parts.

The upper bumper cover and spoiler are currently in paint. Hope to have those parts back on soon.

Also picked up an ECS Street Shield which I need to install as well.

And since I bumped this thread, a couple rollers to make it worth the click.

Eric, how good of a color match was the new rear valence? Wondering after wear and tear how close they match as I need to replace a few rock dinged peices as well as my front lower valence.

Corey, the lower valence factory paint looked pretty close! Granted I did not have it right up against the other flares but it should be good. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if it was off a tiny bit due to the age of the car.

When I get it back on I'll take some detailed shots in better lighting.

Either way, the scratches and holes from the splash guards will be gone! Woohoo!

Cool, once I replace whatever I need to they will all get Xpel stealth film which should blend them all. And Im pretty sure the front valence doesnt even come painted, which stinks if true. So I have kinda put it all off for now.

Thank you Brent! I'm enjoying the ride even more now that I firmed up the PSS10's. I was rocking 6/7 Front/Rear and now I'm at 8/9 Front/Rear. Handles much better.

I regret not doing PPF on the front from the start as well. The front end will get the same treatment eventually. You are right, the front valence only comes as a primed part which is kind of maddening. Many of the other parts can be purchased with the factory paint already applied. Such a bummer.

Thankfully, i have all the painted parts PPF'd but when i was supposed to go back for the trim it was already too late with the highway driving I do every day. The trim is so soft and since it has no clear it damages so easily. So I figured ill just wait it out. :/

This is my allroad. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

    Fall 2017 - Updates

Celebrated 3 years of ownership and a couple new additions to the AR...

    OEM S-Line spoiler

    Fitment is great

New rear bumper upper and lower. Original had splash guards which were screwed directly into the bumper and the upper had some damage. I cleaned up and reused the lower aluminum piece.

While the bumper was off, I sprayed the reflectors using Smoked Plastidip.

    8 coats later

    Swapped over parking sensors

    Final result

    Really blends in

Installed ECS Street Shield. The riv nuts sounded daunting to install but were easy once I got started.

Decided to delete the rear wiper using ECS Tuning's plug. The allroad was not listed on compatibility but rolled the dice. It fits just fine. I plugged the washer fluid line using $4 in plumbing supplies so there are no chances of soaking the trunk by accident.

Installed black A-pillar trim. This could be a slippery slope should I choose to complete the headliner swap. I already had the black mirror so this complements that nicely.

    Installed B9 allroad badges

And some maintenance items. NGK 8 plugs and Rev. F red top coil packs. These have a thick insulator now.

Switched from GIAC Stage 1 to APR Stage 2 for various reasons. Arin at APR and Smith VW helped me with this decision.

    Washed

    Detailed

Drove it from PA to Avantoberfest in Stratton, VT

Pit stop at Lime Rock Park in CT.

Cruised to Mount Equinox where @darren.raw shot some great photos

Until next time..... thanks for reading!

The headlights are great, I honestly haven't had time to sort out the DRL issue of them turning on. It's honestly got to be a wiring issue, cuz I have tried a bunch of different long codes in Vagcom with no luck.
I def. would like to figure it out soon, but everything else works on the lights so I can't complain. H&R Street coilovers going on this week, can't wait to get my B8.5 looking pretty :0)

This thing is incredible, man. Makes me really want to sell my A4 and a kidney and get an Allroad.

On a side note, were those fog lights plug and play? I want to upgrade mine to yellow LED and yours look perfect. Wasn't sure if any additional wiring was necessary.

I def. would like to figure it out soon, but everything else works on the lights so I can't complain. H&R Street coilovers going on this week, can't wait to get my B8.5 looking pretty :0)
Damn, good luck -- I hope you can finalize the DRL's. Great choice, coilovers will make a huge difference in handling and looks.

Thanks Chris! You'll note most of my progress is done at night after the kiddos go to bed! I thought of you when I did the rear bumper -- I really need a headlamp like you've used! It would have really helped. I hope to see you at AF next year...

The Avantoberfest 2017 video is now live. Glad I got to tag along and my allroad makes a few appearances. Was really fun to hangout with a bunch of friends I only knew from online!

On a side note, were those fog lights plug and play? I want to upgrade mine to yellow LED and yours look perfect. Wasn't sure if any additional wiring was necessary.
Thank you! It's been a fun three year journey. Probably a few more mods left to go before I call it complete...

Fog lights are standard H11 bulbs, plug and play. I think I've linked to them in the past but they were purchased here:
