My B8 Lowroad Build.

Hey guys,

So I recently picked up my 2013 A4 Allroad a few weeks ago and figured I'd start a build thread now before I get too lazy lol. I'm fairly new to the forum but not new to the Audi game, I've recently owned a B7 S4 Avant & Bagged B8 S5

So I ended up stripping down the S5 and trading it in for the Allroad, reason being I needed a bigger vehicle for snowboarding and since we sold the S4. I figured it would be a good idea to get back into a wagon. I also picked the Allroad because I didn't want to sell my air suspension. Thankfully the suspension would be a direct swap other then fitting the air management system of course. I'll try and keep this updated as much as possible.

I'll get more pictures of the all road soon but for now here's a little teaser =)


First Mod!! I'm not a fan of how yellow the factory 4300k hid bulbs are so I'm swapping them out with PHILIPS 6000K Ultinon D3S HID BULBS

- 66mm Black Bullet Nose Race Stud Kit (Not installed yet)

How are those headlights working? I've read a ton of material that says once you get higher than 5000k bulbs, things start to get bluer and you lose usable light.

These Philip bulbs are really white with a tiny hint a blue. They don't look cheap or "ricey" I'll try and snap a photo for you sometime.

I had meisters on my b5 s4 and once I sold them I've never regretted anything so much before haha. Now I have an AR and seeing this made me really happy. Just ordered air for my car and have been looking into 19s instead of 20s. What are your thoughts of the 19s so far on the AR? I really need to see more pics of this thing, especially from the side and once you get tires mounted on it. Absolutely love this

Unlike the S5 the allroad's fender/flares aren't factory pinched.. so they'll need to be shaved down and i'll need to roll the metal body so the wheel & tires can tuck under neath.

Definitely one of my top 5 favorite wheels that I've owned.

Lol we just had a little dump before i swapped my stock wheels back on so i figured i take some pictures in the snow =P

It seems to be the exhaust of choice for the allroad. I have it and love it, though some other guys had fitment issues. I think the only reason it might not work on a B8 Avant is the size of the tips. They're made for the opening in the allroad valence.

No issues with fitment, but my paint guy said he had to use some light filler to prep it for painting. I guess that's what you get with an eBay knockoff.

And damn, that's a smoking deal! Cheapest I've seen in the US is $850 shipped. Normally the Magnaflow systems can be had for a really good price on Performancepeddlerwholesale.com using an AZ coupon code, but they don't have this system listed yet.

Your gonna love this exhaust!! Mine was very close to the cross brace at mid cabin and would rattle only when things warmed up. One small washer between brace and chassis and all is good
