My A8 L

Hello all:

Just to introduce myself and my new-to-me 2009 Audi A8 L. It is Phantom Black Pearle/black interior with 19in wheels, Alcantara pkg, front seat ventilation/massage with Cold weather package. Got it with 77k on the ODO from Sioux Falls and drove it back home... , all of 1300+ miles.

Nothing major done thus far other than minor VAG-COM tweaks; fixed leaky windshield washer connector. This D3 A8 is the best Audi I have owned thus far!!





Rear entertainment system.



I already got some OEM all-weather floor rubber floor mats with A8 logo, replaced wiper blades; mods planned for the next couple weeks - Hoen H11 xenonmatch bulbs to replace the stock halogens, interior LED lights swap. Making do with the stock Pirelli P6 Four seasons tires for now, while I think about a summer (wheel+tire) setup.

Are the TVs oem? I don't think I've seen a non-w12 car with that setup. Definitely unique!

No, they are after market headrests installed by previous owner. They look legit, complete with 2 headsets + remote. Let me think about the S8 steering wheel...:)

Got my Hoen 55W Xenonmatch bulbs today; will be swapping out the stock bulbs this weekend.

Nice ride...I have an 07; absolutely the best car I've owned, but thinking of an A7 next time around.

I got some detailing products to start major 'paint restoration' this weekend; totally impressed with the outcome thus far (all swirls/scuff marks gone).



This will most likely be a 2-weekend project.
