I wasn't able to drop my car off on the first day so missed my appointment and they adjusted for me (thanks to Nicole behind the front desk). When I did drop my car off, I felt like my car was a Hyundai compared to the cars they had lined up in there. Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, it felt like I walked into a car show. I thought maybe they won't pay much attention to my car, but Matt (who handled my service) came out and spent a good amount of time with me doing the final unwrapping and inspecting the paint and car along with me. He pointed everything out to me and made recommendations based on what he saw. He really made me feel my car would be looked after. He remarked that it was probably the best paint he'd seen because I didn't get the dealer detail, but even from factory there were very minor imperfections, and he also pointed some out. He really knew his stuff.
I wasn't in town to pick my car up and they said no problem because they had indoor heated storage and my car would be safe. In between, Matt called me and gave me updates of everything, he even found some mild scuff marks UNDER the door sill of the car near the frame (basically almost under the car), places I probably would never even think to look. That just goes to show the attention to detail. On pick up I noticed they swapped out the dealer license frame and gave me a very nice black frame with caps and all. They also gave me a free keychain as well. Matt walked me around the shop again and again I was shocked at all the high end cars there. There workers even complimented me on the car when thy heard it was mine, treating me like I owned a Ferrari. Then he took me to my car and showed me the work that was done. We talked cars for a little bit and then I left with a smile. I was treated very well there, no complaints at all.
I plan on wrapping my car in Xpel next and these guys are definitely the only ones I would consider doing it. If you ever want a really high end detail, don't look any further than Detailing Dynamics.
