I heard GIAC is a good tune, but i have also heard of GIAC destroying cars on their tunes. Example would be a GT R that was destroyed with a GIAC tune on a dyno.

A GTR? As in a Nissan GTR? Find me one car we have "destroyed". We have been tuning cars longer than any domestic company within the Euro segment, and we would never risk our name with an inferior or dangerous product.
