Question Rattle / Chatter During Moderate-to-Heavy Acceleration

A few weeks back, I had a torn front driver CV boot replaced on my Allroad as it was spitting grease - I caught it early and replacement was done before all the grease was expelled.
Now over the last week, there's a definite rattle / chatter coming from the front of the vehicle that occurs under moderate-to-heavy acceleration (under load).
This noise does not occur with gentle throttle inputs, coasting or deceleration and it's not dependent on engine speed.
Noise seems congruent with vehicle speed (chatter frequency increased with increase rate of speed).
And the noise occurs more often when taking left hand turns while accelerating.

Does this seems to point to a failing CV axle? Or something unrelated?

A bad inner cv joint will definitely cause vibration on acceleration. An outer joint maybe not so much. Which boot broke?

The outer CV boot tore and spit grease inside the wheel.
    That was the one replaced.

I would say it’s likely the cv joint is the issue. Most of the time vibration while accelerating is caused by axle or driveshaft problems.

Have located the issue to a loose front driver wheel bearing.
According to Audi, there is a TSB regarding the bearing housing that can move during lateral loads that will cause a clicking or rotational rattle noise.
It's headed to the shop for replacement next month.

After less than ~60 after replacement, rattle / clicking returned. Shop has determined due to gap between the receiving hub and bearing face, clicking can be attributed to debris. Has anyone else been able to remedy this issue? Car sounds like it’s 30-years old going around the corner...
