RNS-E w/ OEM BT, MMI, and CD changer "Line Aux in" swap

Does anyone here have factory bluetooth with their rns-e and swapped out their factory "cd player" or what not for one of these on the back of the rns-e to have an AUX line input? It would plug in where the old cd changer went I believe?

This has no relation to the 32 pin AV input that also has its own aux inputs.

I am only wondering if I can have both OEM bluetooth and this:

or this and my android will switch between bluetooth channels:

I guess my real question is: Does the OEM bluetooth have any relationship to the two 12pin connectors (6x6) on the quad lock. I believe one of those 12 pin connectors is directly used for cd changer...?

Iirc Enfigcarstereo.com and/or Kufatec.de have Bluetooth adapters that don't disable the CD changer.
