RNS-E bluetooth poor call audio

I retrofitted a RNSE into my 04 S4. All audi parts-bluetooth module, microphone, antenna, etc. recently anyone i have called via the bluetooth in the car hears a buzzing/feedback on their. My head unit is from an 07 RS4, the BT module was an 07 or 08 model year and i am running the 0260 SW.

Any thoughts/suggestions as to who the call quality is gotten bad? from my research it doesnt seem a SW update would change anything and i cant seem to find a BT module update for these older units.

I purchased the 8P1 bluetooth module because I heard the 8P0 modules had buzzing and echo.
