Took off the cam brace/bridge as part of the "ticking time bomb" cam chain tensioner replacement job and discovered most of the screen was gone. Searched for it but couldn't locate the remnant anywhere with in sight. How serious is this? I just bought the car and am kind of freaking out that now there's a new kind of "ticking time bomb" set to detonate the engine at any moment. Any thoughts about this would be appreciated.
