Thinking of doing mine - maybe Porsche acid green for my Sepang Blue S6 but curious to see what others have done including what decals if any used.

i havent done mine, but i also don't plan on painting them. i plan on sending them to www.detectivecoating.com and having them professionally powdercoated.

check out his work, its very good and he specializes in brembo calipers. i have been trying to talk him into buying a set of cores so that he can simply send you a set already done and you return yours to him once done

I am trying to decide on colors right now too. I love that Porsche green but I think it might be a little loud on any Audi besides an R8. Red usually looks great but it's so common. I like the blue idea.

The green does look sick on a white car. I'll give you that.

Orange also looks good with the black. What tires are those with the white Michele emblems?

Ok kind of a side question here. I'm doing mine at some point but I hate the rear calipers so what after market ones will match with fronts or work with the S6 and look good?

I would think none due to EPB limitations.
The R8 has a separate parking brake caliper which allows them to get away with 4-pot fixed calipers in the rear.
Perhaps there is a creative way to retrofit those but I'm sure it would be difficult and expensive.

Does anyone have any experience of the MGP Calliper Cover product?

I know this is a poor replacement for full calliper painting, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on painting my callipers yellow, only to find i hate them!

£500, drive in, drive out, 2 day service. Thought the bolt on's may be a good way of test-driving the colour

I would avoid the covers. Personally I feel like they are recognizable as covers and more importantly I have heard they can cause the brakes to not cool properly.

I used the MGP covers for the rear calipers. I didn't like how they attached. I didn't like the logo and fake bolts. They are fairly heavy aluminum and were shaped to cover the outward face of the calipers.

I found a new set for a Land Rover on eBay from a private seller. I would never pay full retail for a set. Paint your calipers yellow. If you don't like the color, change it. You can buy many cans of paint before you come close to the price of a set of MGP covers.

IMO, for a car of this type and size (and non sports car at that) don't go with a color that calls too much attention to itself unless the entire theme of the car is aggressive. Complementary vs contrast for less than aggressive setups.

There are some pretty "Pimp Daddy" colors in this thread.
    How about something more traditional?
