^ +1 - CBT is a great modality to address anxiety as it teachers you to realize the thoughts that inform you behaviors; realizing what thoughts lead to negative behaviors can help you address what at the core of the anxiety. That being said, there are countless ways to approach stress related anxiety disorders ranging from pharmacotherapy to holistic therapy; each modality has pros and cons of their own so it would be worth it to spend some time doing some research to see which therapy might suit your needs best; just cause Prozac has helped millions of people, it doesn't mean its the right therapy for you.
I always encourage mindfulness exercises as well as exercises that put emphasis on body awareness (which is a present, tangible thing) - this could as simple as sitting on a park bench eating an apple and just being present in your body - and not in your headspace.
Cars literally come and go, but your well being should not.
