So I bypassed my heater core thinking that was the problem. Nope.

    Unplugged the AC controls. Nope.

Im thinking sunroof drains. Didn't see a DIY for how to unclog them. Only on the passenger side though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

When that happened to me it was my rain tray. It wasn't on properly and water got in through the cabin air filter

Had this issue recently and it drove me crazy. There are a few places to check-

-There are two drains within the false firewall. One of them is under the battery tray, the other is under the brake booster.
-Sunroof drains (I don't have a sunroof so I can't really elaborate, but I saw a lot of people complaining about this.)
-Hood release grommet (the source of all my water leak problems.)

What I did was took the seats out of the car, dried out all of the carpet, and then get someone outside the car with a hose or a bucket of water. Have them pour water at different points and confirm that it's draining underneath the car.

Disconnected sunroof drain was one of my biggest problems for standing water in the rear. Also had a small leak in the passenger footwell from some missing seam sealer.
