    I've Owned My 2011 Audi S5 for a year now....Progression

I knew nothing (and still dont know much) about the Audi world / Euros. I came from owning a Nissan 350Z and an Infiniti G35. But I have gotten so much info and good deals via the Marketplace (Especially Mops) from y'all hear at Audizine and I appreciate it. It's been a bumpy ride as I have had to replace all the Coil Packs, Spark Plugs, Top HPFPs, Brake Rotors, Brake Pads, Fuel Injectors, Coolant Reservoir and De-Carb it within the year....I've learned to always buy a warranty; I highly regret not doing it. Anyways here is my current mod list; hopefully suspension to come next.....

    AWE Tuning Track Exhaust
    AWE Tuning Carbon S-FLO Intake
    APR Stage 1 ECU Tune
    Powder Coated S5 Rotors
    HID Fogs
Supreme Power Spacers 20MM Rear / 15MM Front
    ECodes
    RS5 Style Grille
    Black Badges
Eurocode Sways / End Links & SPC Camber Arms (Collecting Dust / Not Installed)

Yeah I got the USP Motorsports Grille; relatively easy to install and was about $200ish? I want to lower soon; just dont have the funds yet ha.

Looks great Todd! A bit of low will totally transform the look. Satin blacking the rear valence would look super sweet too. Nice work!

Nice progression, but like everyone said, moar low! After you do it, you will have a new appreciation for the car. After I lowered my first car, it was always one of the first mods on my list on all my other cars. I have the PSS10s on my A4 and it handles beautifully when coupled with the 034 rear sway, just a suggestion ;-)

As a potential future owner shopping around could you expand on the warranty reasoning. Nice ride!
    Thanks.

You could even just lower it on H&R OE Springs. Works wonders on the V8 S5.

Yeah I really want that or the Deval CF Rear Diffuser which I think you can obtain....=) I was gonna spray it with PlastiDip but I am afraid it may look chintzy...

Trust me I want moar low ha, you have the same suspension I want; I just got laid off work a month or so ago so I am saving my pennies for those PSS10s.

I had the option to buy a extended warranty on my car as I bought mine used (Non CPO) but I didnt want to spend $3000-$4000 on it; at the time i assume a waste of money, but I have had the car for a year and have spent easily spent thousands on not fun things such as replacing the Fuel Pumps, Spark Plugs, Coil Packs, Fuel Injectors, and other items that all would have been covered under warranty.

I was debating on Springs or the KW HAS Kit but then I figured with the struts having 80K on them maybe the best option would be fresh new coilovers; im still so torn.

To each their own but also comparing apples and oranges; Badges around $20, Tune cost me a few hundred as I knew the guy at the shop, suspension $1k-$3k with labor depending where you went. And they are completely different type of parts.

Great looking car! Did you do anything custom to the new rims in your car? They don't seem to have the distinct black/silver look that mine do.

Wait until you install Eurocode suspension stuff and the short shifter (if you have a manual). It will transform the car. It'll make it quite a bit stiffer too (with coils) :)

These were actually powder coated black; hence why they look a bit different =)

Go low before you install any more mods. Low or no go, bro. All these mods aren't in play as everyone's attention is on that 4x4 status you've got going on....

Looks great! I bet white is a dream to take care of, jealous for sure. As someone mentioned the OE springs worked wonders on my 2010 S5. Close to exact same ride and my OG struts have 79k on them when I installed.

Side note I don't mind the aluminum window trim on the white B8 S5/S4 it seems to blend in better. I'm not very fond of it on my deep sea blue pearl as it stand out. Thought about wrapping your trim ever? Or do you like the aluminum trim?
