    Guys,

Looking at purchasing a 2014 A5 Privately. The previous owner only has one key fob for the car as he lost one. How much is a new key fob and to get it programed? Can i buy a fob off ebay and have the dealership program it? Or do i have to do the whole thing at the dealership?

You have to get the whole thing at the dealership, you're looking at around $500 if I remember correctly.

I had to deal with that after United stole my keys out of a bag. It is around $500 and it needs to be done at the dealership.
