This is the only reason why I asked the question they really seemed to be using good parts and like you guys said really easy.... what could they screw up? Honestly, it's that price point. The discs alone should cost you close to, if not more, than $140 alone, not including pads. Then there is the brake fluid, and more importantly, the labor. $140 inclusive is shortchanging you somewhere. So they could screw up an awful lot!
Brakes are far easier to do than installing a suspension. While it's up on the lift, go ahead and change them yourself.

It does and it doesn't. Something like brakes, if you have any common sense and a good day to do it, can be done by about anyone. Paying someone to do those, to me, is not worth it. Now if it was like an engine rebuild, then sure, I would trust a shop more for those.
