Yes, with BKR7E and 25+psi I need to run a plug gap between .023"-.025" or I will get misfires at full boost due to spark blow out.

I have the f5pdor plugs w/ about 20k on them. I hope my constant misfire issue is just a bad plug and not some other "audi" thing.

I cant scan it until I get home from work in 4 hours.

Lol at first I thought the spark plug was actually blown out of the head like the fords.

When is the car misfiring? At idle? Partial throttle? Initial throttle? Wot?

Lol. My co-worker had that happen to him on his '98 f-150 w/ only 85k haha.

I have not done a vcds scan yet because I have been at work and left my tablet at home. From what I can tell it is misfiring on one cylinders of the drivers side bank.

I drove to lunch and when I went to leave the misfire happened all of a sudden as soon as I started the car. No cel at all.

It does it at all rpm and is consistent, ie. doesnt't get worse or better with different loads.

I feel it is a spark plug or coil pack or icm... Fingers crossed

If it's at idle it won't be blowout. That only happens under high load/boost. Probably a bad coil or icm.

And the winner is a bad icm that controls drivers side bank causing cyl 4 to be completely dead. Wish I had remembered to switch the icms as a first diagnosis. Thanks for all your input everyone.
