So things got a bit out of hand...
The turbos had there best time,so decided last year april after a lovely trackday to take the engine out and go for TTE600 turbos
While taking all out it was the perfect time to proper check everything,after all..how bad could it be? Right?
Well....guess again LOL
TTE600 & Wagner intercoolers were ordered
Zinram 3'' downpipes
AEM Cold air with carbon heatshield and a pile of 034 Motorsport parts.
While taking the heads off and send em out for inspection i got some bad news...heat cracks...both of them
So i sourced 2 new heads,got supertech valves and went all out on new parts
The same day our mate from the gearbox overhaull company called...3 syncro's died.
So full rebuild of the gearbox was next
My mate Kevin (kevinpower here on AZ) was so kind to help me with the complete engine rebuild after hye done his own 600+bhp Rs4 B5
I got some parts powdercoated
Bought the Ceika BBK 330mm for the rear axle,front i'll be running B7RS4 calipers with Brembo drilled rotors
Air Lift Perormance kit with 3P management
ARLOWS clutch,it's a Sachs organic one with a in house fly wheel
Vossen 20x10 Forged GNS-1 wheels
Current status TODAY
Car is in the bodyshop for a complete repaint & our friend Kevin is busy with the engine build
The complete engine is getting cleaned,all OEM parts,if needed new,otherwise repainted. I CAN'T THANK KEVIN ENOUGH for all the stunning work!
So far..so good!
