Leaking green fluid by the fan and belts

What could the leak be? I can't find the source of it but the fan seems to be spraying it all over the damn engine.

Green fluid???? Your coolant shouldn't be green. If it is, then have it drained and fill with the correct one.

If you have the correct coolant it's probably your power steering fluid. That's the only fluid that's supposed to be green. It tends to leak at the hose that feeds the power steering pump so if you're going to get a leak it'll be there. I guess the fan could spray it but that's not what happened with me. If your car still has a belly pan under the engine and you take it out and see some sticky greenish fluid on it near the front, it's most likely your power steering.

My coolant is red so I'm fine there. But the leak seems to be coming from the banjo bolt on top of the steering pump. I tried tightening it but it's not loose at all. Well, there goes my easy fix.

So it seems like you've found the issue, as far as fixing that I've never messed with the banjo bolts on the power steering so I don't know what the solution would be. There's a lot of guys on here that have done power steering work so they can hopefully chime in... Best of luck to you!

Most banjo bolts have a crush washer on either side of the banjo. Replace these with aluminum crush washers. Do NOT over torque this bolt. It is hollow and will break easily. If it's leaking tijtening could destroy the bolt.

That banjo bolt is torqued to 50nm so no a small amount.

I was wrong, it's not the power steering pump. It's the AC compressor that's leaking. It was leaking yesterday but this morning was more like puking the liquid. I'm frustrated because it's pretty new. The previous owner replaced the AC compressor less then a year ago. There's no reason this should be happening

Probably PAG oil then...but it shouldn't be THAT much in the compressor...and you would lose a/c anyways. Are you sure it's from the compressor?

Got a black light handy? Sounds like the UV dye you can put into an AC system to help chase down leaks. Get the system evacuated and replace the seals at that connection. Then just get it recharged and see how it works. Try to keep the amount of time the system is open to a minimum.
