    Plot twist, not my f21 s4. Did some pulls with my buddy today.

    B5- F21 Stage 3 on E85. (Ran 11.7 last weekend)
    B8- GIAC Stage 2 on E85/93 mix.

    I'm always busy. My b5 is at my parents house too so I can't work on it after work. And my B8 is as fast as my b5 was

    Time for some lightweight wheels, brakes and better cooling. There is a reason you see a lot of former B5ers in B8s. It's shocking how quick you can make them with simple upgrades.

    I'm a B5 guy (have owned at least one for the past 16 years) too, but daily drove a relatively quick B8 for 3.5 years myself. There is no denying that the lack of effort to make those cars quick is a little demotivating when it comes to B5 projects.

    @120. I didn't expect to keep up with him at all. I knew from a dig I could, but b5s are highways cars so I was surprised when he didn't pull away.

    It looked like the B5 progressively heat soaked maybe? Looked like he pulled away pretty decisively in the 2nd run of the first video, your B8 moves out though. Love the videos, B8 S4s are really impressive but are so refined and smooth they feel almost underwhelming for how quick they are.

    I started having issues when hard shifting, my dumbass didn't turn off traction control and I think that might have been why. If you notice on the last pull(video from in my car) when I shift into 5th Jesse just leaves me in the dust. My car pretty much lost all power / boost for a second then picked back up, it did that a few times.

    I also had a leak at my IM when I boost tested it after the race - Yeah yeah yeah, only excuses out of us B5 guys - new videos hopefully coming this week.

    B8's can keep up with K04 cars on a racegas file but it ends there. I wonder what your B8 traps cause that's moving.

    B8s on pump gas can keep up with k04 cars on pump gas. Ask Brett. A GIAC stage 2 car on E85/93 just went 11.2 @122. No K04 car on pump can run that ET or trap that high.

    it's getting fixed this month. Inspection is up. Happened 2 days after I got inspected last year and has just grown since. I can't wait to get the damn thing replaced. I used to do a lot of highway commuting in my s4 so didn't bother to replace it because it would probably happen again. Sounded like a damn gunshot when it happened

    Is there anything past stage 2 for b8 s4s? It seems as though that is the stopping point power wise.

    First runs we did I left TC on like a dumbass and when I shifted I would get power cut, I also had a leak at my IM i fixed.

    The second pull in that video is not of me, it is of Justin(Monty) at his STK car. I only got 1 run in before I popped the clamp on my driver side turbo to charge pipe. Go figure.

    B8's can't keep up with an RS6 framed turbo or bigger on the highway. I beat one pretty badly pump for pump with my A6, but the B8 was APR stage 1. Good vids, monty's car hauls ass. Keep up the good work Jesse, daddy is proud.
