Bags + 3 piece wheels = cool? (New setup)

Went out a few weeks ago and got some shots of this current years setup. While I know it's not everyone cup of tea I'm enjoying the outcome, however I think I'm a little tired of the expensive 2 piece wheel scene and strongly considering changing things up next year. By that I mean going back to a once piece cast wheel and focusing and the motor and turbo next.. However winter is a long ways away and I always change my damn mind, so until then I'll enjoy this setup..

Its not my daily so that helps haha, but other then that just constant soap and water baths. Looking into these new "nano" wheel coatings that are supposed make cleaning even easier and they are semi permanent systems.

Dope man. I just still cant get back into the 3 piece field, takes forever to flip!

Especially when you are dealing with our sizes it makes for a very specific buyer! Hopefully when I am ready to let these go in September it won't be too difficult, because as of right now I'm 99% sure I am going to big turbo the car using a gt, gtx or efr kit and go back to just a clean cast wheel.

It's crazy how much hate the sticker gets on these boards, but locally/Instagram/euro shows its like "omg he is in dapper." Oh well

There is more than one recipe for modding a car. Looks pretty damn cool to me. I don't like the decal at all, and I don't care if you don't like that Many do not like the decals and rack system on my SQ. Could not bother me any less.

I like it with 2 exceptions:

1) Effort involved to clean those wheels
2) Vinyl over in the Amber instead of Ecodes

Do you. I love those wheels on this car on bags. I don't like the vinyl over ecodes nor the dapper sticker. Just takes away from how clean everything else is on the car.

Thank you sir, I do enjoy the look of it, but I also wouldn't mind selling the wheels to fund the turbo project I'm thinking of taking on either.


Only time will tell, but until then I plan to enjoy the car with the setup!

Great looking car. I think the look your going for is done very well and everything is consistent. Personally I would keep these or a three piece wheel of some sort. These cars deserve a high end wheel, the 5s are a large luxury sports coupe that have an elegance about them, one piece cast wheels are like Formica counters in a high end home to me, but I'm a wheel/tire snob. I'm not a sticker guy, but not sure why there is so much flaming about it, it's a temporary thing and no big deal, no sticker drama from me. If you want I'll send you a Muffler Tech one, then I'll really like it ;)

I played around with some vinyl today, think I enjoy the contrast of the satin black and chrome accents.

Thank you! I wanted to do a satin black brushed finished, but I ended up with just satin black and I'm satisfied. Need to finish off the center console and the rest of the door trim though.

I like you :) And I am a sticker guy, and have received negative feedback. That being said, I'd like Muffler Tech sticker! I have stickers all over my garage.

This coating is suppose to make washing any contaminants off so much easier and no scrubbing if applied correctly. I'll definitely update how I like it here after I give it a try.
