    Oh..... my bad

Button covers just pop off and a little flathead pushes the tabs out- spray paint then BAM!

Door pins require the removal of the door cars, twist old door pins off guides using chaka demus and pliers LOL and new pins twist on guides BAM!

I'll put a few more up later too, great idea though 4rings!

I don't have pics and my car is currently in a million pieces, but I swapped out the front card holder for another cup holder, since my console one was broken like they all are and I always keep my arm rest down anyways. Pretty self-explanatory but the cuppies are interchangeable with the cardies.

    -Mod Name: Dual front cuppies
-Why Worth It: cuz no need cardholder
-Cost: whatever u can find another cuppy for
    -Parts needed: spare cuppy
-Where to buy: eBay, CL, AZ, etc
-Time required: less than an hour

Funny because I deleted all cup holders in my car and swapped the dash cuppy with a cardy.

Haha not a bad idea, NO DRINKS ALLOWED! this rule will be implied once I'm Silver inside, eff that noise. They're really only good for small water bottles anyways but I find the cardholders useless and will prob just eventually replace them altogether with gadgets of some sort.

Tahoe replaced the bank of allroad buttons with some custom buttons set up for various functions. I'm thinking of doing the same eventually and deleting my tray (even though I love it!)

And yes, ZERO food or drinks in my car. It gets vacuumed a few times a week when it's driven.

Keep up the good work guys, I'll get these organized on the first post and contribute a few things myself tonight.

I put a homemade digital boost gauge in that spot in my b5, it's the perfect size for a 16x2 character LCD. Now I just need to figure out a faceplate, thinking of 3d printing one.

They look awesome but im pretty sure I would lose the anti-dazzle or dynamic dimming with these :(. I had these on my MKIV GTI back in the day and they really did help!

If anyone would like a heated, non-dazzle/non-dimming aspherical driver's mirror like the one pictured above, I have one in excellent condition. It is probably an ECS one (the PO was an ECS executive). $40 shipped? PM me for details. (Sorry for the thread jack.)

    Satin window trim mod:
I was tired of looking at my funky spotted/discolored trim.
All that needed is some masking tape, a scotchbrite pad, and some time.
I scuffed the trim along the length of each strip ( just made sense to do it that way)

    Taped up....

Bottom strip done, upper not done yet...

    Both trim strips done...

    All done! Satin-finish goodness!!

Now if I could just find brushed finish grille trim and emblem....

Thanks Eurylo for forcing me to buy more stuff on ebay. I love the glove box mod, now to find one in black and without $60 shipping. Great idea!

RHD vs LHD... Do you have a specific part # for a LHD euro glovebox?

Niiiice, it gets worse- I haven't been on here in a few, been going off lately! Mad cheap mods ova here!!

Gotta be LHD, Part Number: 4B1 857 035

Unfortunately, that shipping is an unavoidable cost- may as well get the Knee Panel (4B1 863 075)/ other parts LOL to dignify the cost!
