    performed 25k service twice.

    Dropped off my new to me 2013 S5 cab for its 35k service. Very happy to have AudiCare covering the cost.

    The service advisor was not sure what service needed to be done as the the maintenance records showed it had the 25k service twice.

    Im surprised the system would allow that to occur.

    I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Ideally they just do the 35k service.

    The dealership did the whole 35k service. - that's what I would have expected, nice to see them meet expectations!
