Would I have to get it fixed to fit my car?

There are a few people on here who have done it. You should be able to search the B8 thread and find something. I don't think they saw many gains in terms of either hp or sound...

Only from the DP back, and with S4 exhaust hangars and shields.

But it is possible right? Idc much for the gains. I just want the flush look against my diffuser. Most aftermarket quad exhaust stick out too much from the diffuser for my taste.

What is DP? I have a 2010 and looking to buy a 2011 S4 exhaust.

    Downpipe.
The S4 exhaust will only fit from the downpipe section of the A4 exhaust back. You'll have to splice them together at that point.

The simple answer to your original questions is, yes it fits - but only the back half. You'll also need S4 exhaust hangars and an additional muffler heat shield.

If its the tips sticking out too far from the diffuser that you're worried about just have any quad tip exhaust cut/ trimmed where the mufflers clamp on.
