Complete 2004 B6 Audi S4 part-out

UPDATED 3/14/16: I have a 2004 Audi S4 6-spd manual AWD, 4.2L 40-valve V8 engine, B6, black in color that I am doing a complete part out of. The engine has 70K miles on it but has blown head gaskets and presumably a bad mechanical cam adjuster. The prior owner repeatedly overheated the engine; however it was a running and driving car prior to that--everything else is intact. The chassis has a LOT of miles - 272K. But the engine was bought brand new from the dealer a few years back and only has 70K miles on it. If you are interested in buying some parts send me a message.

SOLD LIST: Both bumpers, both grilles, and foglights, door blades, both front fenders, steering column covers, cup holder lid/cover, rear calipers and carriers, all plastic engine covers except airbox cover, battery cover, rear seat bench, front seats, both xenon headlight assemblies, valve covers, both left (driver's side) doors, center console covers, coilovers, headlight level sensors, front & rear sway bars.

UPDATE ON ENGINE: Entire engine and all accessories, ECU, wiring harness, is sold/gone. Trans also gone.

The wheels are not for sale, nor is the cat-back exhaust (I do have the downpipes for sale). But everything else is still for sale. Let me know what you are interested in. Thanks.

Snapped a pic of one of the coilovers. Also comes with height adjustment tools. Unknown miles/age on the coilovers, but seem to be in good shape.

How much for the Driver seat, Intake manifold, headlights? Also interested in the coilovers. Pm with prices separately and possibly together. Not sure I need all these but definitely would like the seat to complete my extra set of seats. Thanks!

I plan to take the heads off and will then see if the cam adjusters are still good. Not in the next few days or anything but within a week I hope. If/when I do I will post pics etc.

On the grille - The whole front bumper was sold so the grille went with it too. So both grilles are gone.

Everyone who has asked about the coilovers: They have unknown miles. I was hoping to get $500 + shipping for them. Let me know if anyone is interested. I have not pulled them off the car yet.
