If you want looks, ecs or apr. If you want sound, ecs or injen. Performance is very negligible on both. I originally went with the APR intake on my a5 which offered looks and some sound. On my current a4 I was going to do the same and purchased an APR intake but ecs released their system. I decided to give it a try and it is much louder. My wife finds it annoying but I love it, so decided to stick with ecs. I have the APR system still, brand new, if you are interested.

I has it! Its so good.. It goes SUTUTUTU so well.. Power seems to be up, can't dyno till the weather becomes slightly north of arctic though. Unfortunately, by then Head, Turbo, Exhaust, and Clutch will have been changed. So we can just go on fun factor and for that, its so good.

I appreciate everyone's input. After doing research on the brands mentioned I am either going with Injen or ECS. There is a nice size price difference; Injen being $300 -- ECS being $450. Although the ECS looks nicer with the Carbon Fiber housing I'm wondering does that justify the price? In a sound/performance perspective are they really that far apart? Thank you again !
