    any way to get the car to turn off if it doesn't sense the key?

    Hi. I have the push button start. is there any config (e.g. VCDS) option to get the engine to shut off if i forget to push the engine stop button then walk away with the key in my pocket?

    how does someone forget to turn off the car?

    is anyway we can vcds into your brain and rewire it so that you dont forget to turn the engine off

    forgot to turn off the car.
    forgot to close the door.
    forgot to flush the toliet.
    forgot to wipe butt after taking a

    there are just some things vcds can't help you with.

    not to mention how dangerous it would be if the car just shut off when the key is not recognized

    I'm kind of curious too. Other than a symbol on the dash, does anything happen when the key is removed from the car while it is running?
