log and advice about Stage 3 2.7t misfires

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
got my car back after more than 2 weeks in the shop, and my misfires were not fixed, CEL come back later same day.
Car is 01 allroad with manual transmission, basic stage 3 (was working fine for couple years before misfires started), and bunch of other mods including
    3" downipes, magnaflow, cat-back and SAI/EGT/rear O2 coded out.

I have no idea what else to do to fix the misfires as everything possibly related was replaced including
    MAF,
spark plugs (4 times, all kinds of gaps and different plugs)
injectors (Bosch green giants, not green tops, green giants)
ignition coils (replaced twice all of them, currently R8 red coils)
replaced ECU, same stage 3 flash by Josh from Solo motorsports, believe it was totally unnecessary, shop's idea..
All cylinders compression seems to be good, was checked 3 times by different shops in the last 4 months

One option I am looking at, is to find low mileage engine, and transfer my K04 turbos on it. Or maybe there is still a chance to fix the misfires? Any ideas?

Here is what I have either before or after latest "repairs":

I am willing to pay in cash or parts (have a bunch of goof parts that I replaced for no reason), or beer, etc., if someone locally in Washington DC area, or remotely could help me to figure this out.

Oh yes the wonderful P1557. I hate boost leaks so much.

When are you misfiring. Under WOT, idle, or just cruising?

according to logs misfires are under light loads too, though more at WOT. I spend over $1800 in labor over last 3-4 months, taking car to 3 different shops to do smoke tests and fix boost leaks, pretty desperate now.

I'm wondering if it not getting proper fueling. I know super rich causes misfires at wot. I am not knowledgeable enough to help here as I would suggest checking the things you already did. Ugh frustrating. I'll keep it on the back of my mind for you. Your sure your tune is good to go? Could your fpr be shot?

ordered both FPR and N75 on Wednesday, they sroud be delivered tomorrow. It would be pretty hard to blame tune, as I got this tune early 2013 and put almost 25K on stage 3 before misfire started after bunch of upgrades such as coilpack conversions and SAI delete. I spoke to Josh, guy who did my tune couple of weeks ago, and he sent me another ECU with the same file, but ECU did not make any difference. I just made another log, concentration on fueling, will upload in a minute.

here is the new log, more fueling data:

You are on right path. Change n75 and fpr. The first code you get tells you that you have boost leak like tahoe stated. Smoke test didnt reveal anything?

last one was good, no visible smoke anywhere, but when i push hard, still hear some swooshing sounds. Not sure what they are, or where they coming from. I don't think smoke machine creates enough pressure to match my 22-23 psi of boost. So maybe it holds to the certain pressure, then starts leaking. I will try to remember to blow into wastegate line tomorrow when old N75 is out, maybe that's where the leak is.

Can you just log a single gear pull? Third seems to be what most use for this. Start the log, then go WOT from 2000rpm or thereabouts.

That way we can see how bad your leak is and if anything else looks funky.
