I gotta say I do like how they look a lot, but are they adaptive bixenon? No way I'm giving up adaptive bixenon for just a aesthetic upgrade.

That's about what a nice set of bixenons would cost. They are made by Osram, so I'm sure they are decent quality.

Good catch, I didn't click the second link. A lot of these foreign companies mention osram and xenon all the time I just over look it. The fact these are made by osram is a huge game changer, but the price follows that quality. I'd like to see the projector output.

They are xenon. Read carefully, you can easily upgrade your halogen lights with a kit.

these look really good. If i didn't have adap bixenons, I love to have these. Maybe one of the advertisers can make themselves a U.S. distributor to make them easier to access so someopne can review them. I love the b7 bixenons. They are bright as fuck especially at the right height.

Hmmm wish we could have those leds installed in our factory bixenons. Kinda jealous now. Why can't they ever make replacements for adaptive bixenons? Maybe then I wouldn't have to be paranoid about mine crapping out like they all seem to do eventually.

    GOT EEEEMMMMMM!!!

You know these actually look pretty decent for aftermarket lights and I am not into the whole led strip or halo light thing. First thing I did with my smoked depo lights was disable the halo crap. Being Osram made they are probably good quality. I find it interesting they use a D8S bulb, although that seems to be more common in newer applications.

BLAHH BLAHHHH we all know OEM Bi-xenons are gorgeous but why the hell are people comparing this to OEM xenons??? like if you have xenons you shouldn't even be in this thread lol. you are good to go. if yo have halogens like i do. then we can talk. but i would still not pay $800 for this. I would do $400 shipped. but then again that's none of my business

Pretty cool now all you need is set of matching brake lights to boot.

Notice this version doesn't wink the LEDs when the turn signal is engaged. Which brings up the question of whether these would be allowed in the states due to federal mandates. Federal regulations say that no lights that are brighter than the turn signals can be on at the same time during daylight hours.

for the small price of 10$ from the local electronics store, im pretty sure i could get the LED strip to wink when the turn signal is activated.

OSRAM is the biggest EU supplier of lightbulbs and automotive lighting products as well...They were or even still are an OE supplier to Audi and other manufacturers already.

This product is 100% OEM quality and I say that not even having seen them in person myself, hence the price. Just surprised people are still developing new products for the B7 platform....That's awesome for us

These seem like a fantastic alternative for those of us who started with halogen headlights. If these were out before I did the Bi-Xenon upgrade, I would have bought them in a heart beat. I can't wait to see someone test these out.

Yep, at $800+ for these I am sourcing a pair of OEM bi-xenons to retrofit. $400 for a pair, then it makes it an entirely different proposition.

You need to total everything up with what you'll spend on the OEM Bi-Xenons versus these. The breakdown of mine is

OEM Bi-Xenons AFS (CC & Blackout Mods) with bulbs, ballasts and harness : I personally clear corner modded them ($100 new for caps and OEM chrome bulbs via Phil “fly300kts”) as well as the housing painted matte black (something you won't have to do with these headlights since they're already blacked out and clear indicators). The headlights ($1694 new) come with the Kufatec Wire Harness ($79 new) , Ziza 6000K D1S Xenon Bulbs ($150 new), Ziza/ ECS LED City Light ($50 new), Nokya Hyper White 1156 Daytime Running Light (DRL) bulbs ($15 new), and two ballast (Used from Phil “fly300kts”, $100/ballast valued online). I also have the Nokya Hyper Yellow 1156 DRL bulbs ($16 new)

(Sorry if wording is weird, copied and pasted from my feeler thread) All in all, that cost is roughly $1200 if you get the OEM Bi-Xenons for $650 and everything else new that I mentioned (not including the price of two sets of DRL's). Not to mention, if you don't have access to a Ross Tech VCDS you'll have to shell out another $350 to get the lights working properly. Not to mention used Bi-Xenons are USED, and these are new. If all is included, these are the better buy

EDIT: Here is a breakdown of everything I totaled up:

    - Clear Corner Caps- $100 with chrome bulbs
    - Ballasts- $200 (for set of 2)
    - DRL bulbs- $15
    - LED City Lights- $50
    - Ziza 6000K bulbs- $150
    - Kufatec Wire harness- $79

All together that's $594. Pricing OEM Bi-Xenons at $600 lets say, puts the total at $1,194. And then the VCDS is an additional $350

    Very well said.

I can get OEM Bi-xenons from phil super cheap. I think it was $500 but i don't want to go that route. I wanna get the iris shrouds from retrofitsource for $120
