I'll play - finally programmed home link. Instructions provided in owners manual completely sucked and could not get it to work. Thankfully, Audi Naples posted a video on YouTube which was both easy and worked. Nice looking blonde doing the explanation.

Mi Novia Negra (My Black Girlfriend, named by my Hispanic wife ) will be in 'the show' - tad nervous, never done this before.

Have no idea what the 'eating contest' is about - assume hot dogs, will see.

Washed the car, detailed the inside myself, and applied Armor-All All Wheel Protector to the rims after going a month with the last application. Parked it under a tree, it's very hot today!! Moving into a town home next weekend and I'll finally have a garage for my baby! No more rain after a detailed wash and less dust collection, car security, no worries of other people giving me car dings. :-) Ahhh the joys.

I moved "something" in my Avant. Love the Avants! They are so practical and useful to move "things" when needed.

They look damn good too!

When I was done with the move, I gave her a thorough bath, vacuum, wiped down interior with 1Z Einszett Cockpit (awesome stuff), cleaned cargo area with 1Z Einszett heavy duty plastic cleaner (dried dog drool is nasty!), lint rollered the Rottweiler hair from the cargo area headliner, windows, and wheels. I also love Armor All Wheel Protectant. It's amazing stuff. A car wash isn't that amazing but considering it was 105 out....

Ouch! I did the same about a week ago... just "kissed" the curb head on (microscopic damage though)... I now park like 2 ft from anything in front of me...

I was just looking over your build thread again for some inspiration and saw your car without the vertical splitter teeth... It looked really good I must say! Doing anything special with them? Carbon fiber, etc?

Nope, just black. I was originally going to machine an alternative, much thinner set of slats.. But I figured I'd just eat the 25$ and order some OEM ones and not worry about all of the measurements.

I love the look of it without them but over time the wind causes some bowing of the splitter, since it's actually one with the entire front belly pan

Oh ok, cool. Yeah, I can see how it would bow with time and $25 is nothing compared to some other costs we have to eat... Btw, I don't think you will ever be done modding
