So I' got this gt3071r and I've slowly been working up to a big turbo. It just came in tonight and I'm pretty stoked to put it in! I will be diy just like everything else on the car so I figured I post pics as things came together cause I really couldn't find much for the 2.0t gt3071r as far as build up threads... car like a year ago lol, sorry I'm not gonna pull out a photo of it with that grille! I'm sure someones got it saved in a special folder hahaha put in the fmic, I cleaned off the Godspeed cause I thought it was gay like a week later.. Lol went to a 3" exhaust setup. I think was like the third diff setup I ran on the car! installed the BSR opti flow intake and heat shield. tore a hole in my g dv did my own PVC revamp, works amaZing! got my gt3071r kit in today just trying to figure out the puzzle, came with knock sensors? And two weird step down pieces?? Right here... don't know what he used those for? Also I'm missing a bunch of in between stuff like my gay grille tha I bought at first. Then I got tuned stage 2 revo at waterfest. I have the kmd hpfp. Also installed a nuespeed torque damper and nuespeed underdrive. And right now how im going insane in a tuner dead zone in Biloxi ms! Right now I'm waiting to get a diverter valve relocator and some 1/4 silicone tubing. And then lastly im wondering what I'm gonna do because the guy who had the kit previos to Geoffafa put a different flange on the test pipe??

i will try to get some hd pics up, as you can see its iphone qaulity lol. not sure how much power, its bassically stg2 revo now, i might go to there stg2+ tune while i wait to get the rest of the pieces for the turbo, bassically im finding out now that they have no file for the gt3071r so i am going to either try to make it by with a ko4 revo file until i can afford to get vast or unitronic. the tune is the only thing holding me back, spent all my money on the parts up to this point lol
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY the ATP DV relocator as it is NOT compatable with the piston DV you will need to contact Eurojet for their S3 Dv fitting!!!!! I battled this for a while until I figured out that it does not make a complete seal....

Holy cows, thank you so much, I was literally about to purchase the ATP one when I saw this post!!! I have seen that they don't mate with the forge dv... Glad I didn't make that mistake! Thx for the link
Learned something new, found out the flange on the turbo test pipe is a "v-band" found the hardware to convert my exhaust to the flange for about 60$ 30 for a clamp and 30$ for the flange! Found it at >>http://vibrantperformance.com/catalo...Path=1022_1125 thanks Tucker!

Found some v-band flanges and silicone piping at http://www.siliconeintakes.com/ . Also got a clamp. Now I'm just waiting on a reply about the forge splitter and should be ready to start assembling this beast. All in all should start taking form in a week when I start to get pieces in. In the meanwhile I will be contacting revo, vast and Unitronic again till I figure out the route I'm gonna take for the tune.

Honestly I wish I could have that money back from the bumpers. I hate the front, and don't mind the rear, but with the money I spent on them I prob coulda bought different oem style that i would like 100xs more, and it's cool u don't like the exhaust lol it's good to be different sometimes :-)

Called Paul again at revo and it's a big let down, not only do they not have a file for the 3071r they don't even have a file for the k04 something I wish I knew before I got revo last year. I am going to call vast then Unitronic, but I fear no matter what they tell me it will be a bit before I can afford to get tuned by them

Also Unitronic said it would be in and out if I called in advance before going in to get flashed, vast Is going to call me back but said they would need it for about 2-3 days. I'm still not sure, I'm sure both these companys are very reputable! Now it's time for me to save up! Anybody want to buy my sps lol maybe I could even trade outy revo ecu? Not sure I'f that's possible but I'd rather someone enjoy it than it go to waste lol

I'm pretty sure Vast wants your car for the three days is so they can make sure everything installed on the car is correct and not leaking (they basically check your work (another set of eyes) and more experience)..Then a day to dyno tune/street tune your car while making sure nothing goes wrong the the install.... and get the most possible where Uni gives you a generic tune that all use....(Nothing against Uni as they have been known to make nice numbers!!).....
With Vast you get a straight custom tune for YOUR car specifically.....

I'm leaning towards vast because of that reason, after talking on the phone again it sounds like they also know there stuff and are a quality company. I also called back Joel at eurojet. He checked their inventory and they have an even number of adapters to hoses so he can't part it out, he said there's are billet machined but ecs has a cast one that is essentially the same. If thats for the S3 which it looks like it is that is the alternative one I was going to tell you about if Joel couldn't come through for (Can't blame them for not breaking up a set unless it was for a defective part that broke on their customer) the problem with the one from ECS is the backorder date if you haven't noticed aready (I needed mine real quick)....

This is your next best bet then. Buy my ATP adapter and use your Diaphram DV and maybe buy an extra Diaphram DV as a spare or 2 (Aduizine classifieds or Vortex classifieds) until you can get the correct updated S3 aadapter.......

I see your trying to get rid of that ATP one lol, my diaphragm dv has a hole in it. And lookin in the classifieds I didn't see a one, called the dealer and the said unless it was one that was left on the shelf they don't have any and don't expect any other dealer to! I'm sorry that ATP screwed u on that one! I wonder if a machine shop could take off some of the mounting surface so that our d dv would work with them? Also got some news from eurocode tuning, it seems he has a direct connection to revo in the uk... Can't really say what's in the works tho
Going to get the 2+ flash tomm..... I can't promise anything. But for you revo tuned cars out there wanting to go big turbo but don't want to swap tuning companies, there just may be a solution... :-) :-) but no promises
All the parts come in on the 10th and 11th. In the mail from ecs are some exhaust hardware, a new g17 (because mine got ripped
Off) some 4mm silicone, a forge MBC. Also have a Forge 007 coming with all the springs :-) I will be reselling it as soon as I can get the s3 dv flange. All in all almost there except tune. Now I plan on putting everything on before sowo regardless of tune. Still no word from eurocode :-/ but I need some pointers, like...
1. Should I run the rs4 injectors on the stg2+ tune?
2. How should I adjust my timing and boost via the sps tuner to be safe with the setup?
3. Should I limit my boost below 10psi with the MBC?
4. Should I let my forge n75 do it's job and just use the MBC to prevent overboosting?
5. After the tune. Is 21-22psi a safe limit for a motor with stock internals, and would putting in ARP head bolts and a new gasket hold me over until I can afford connecting rods?
Got some parts in today :-) too bad the forge MBC ended up being a bleed type... not what I was expecting... Oh well it will be a bit before I can get her tuned!
