    Yeah I know, but all of that's fixed and it's in like new shape. It's worth a try.

    Mine started just after a few years after I bought it and it just got worse and worse. All set now and zero issues. What about youy?

    That's why I ask. Don't want to jinx it but so far, touch wood, no oil consumption. As previously posted on the forums, I do run Motul Xcess synthetic and change with factory filter every 5k or 12 months, whichever comes first.

    I also never rev the motor above 3k for the first .5 mile or just make sure she's warmed up. Build date is 04/11. that might make a difference as well? Depending on how long I keep the car, I imagine I'm in it for the tensionor and possibly the chains by around 50k.

    You should get top dollar the way you have cared for it and as you mentioned, the consumption has been fixed.

    I found one this last weekend that was perfect on Saturday and I was going to call this Monday. I called and it freaking sold that Saturday. Go figure and my search continues. Someone traded it in and it had 1500 miles. They wanted 64k for it. I'm still mad about it.

    Well, after all of these years I finally did it. I got my 2018 S6.

    The final was $63,414 from the $83,965 before taxes, delivery and permaplate 7 year coverage. I also got an 84 month loan for 3.99% APR even though I wanted it to be 72 months, the 72 was higher for some reason. So now I wait for this bad ass ride to show up from Cali.

    That S6 is looking sharp! Congrats! While I love the B8 platform, the C7 is quite the upgrade, especially with that lovely 4.0T engine, enjoy!

    Picked up the new ride. Then threw on some ceramic pads, 17.5mm spacers and lowered 15mm when I got home. 15% tint goes on Monday.

    Yeah you'll need the actual S4/5 rear caliper and not only the carriers. As you can see I found out the hard way the caliper is wider on the S models to account for the vented rotor that will be replacing the thinner solid A model rotor.

    Yup already squared out. S5 rear calipers/rotors were a huuuge improvement.

    I did the front Macan setup about a month before I did the rears. The two made my braking feel like a brand new car.

    Yeah, they're half the cost for the same caliper. Lol. The only difference is the Macan caliper is coated dark gray with the "Porsche" logo.
