OK - snapped a few pictures this morning after a ton of rain down in NC. Put the new black lugs on yesterday and sealed the wheels.

Photography skills are not strong; be nice

Car looks awesome!! What set of lug nuts did you go with? Really compliment the wheels nicely!

Only thing left is to maybe paint that sharkfin antenna :) !! Honestly I think the car is perfect - sounds like performance is next!

How are you liking the downpipe? Did you feel some extra oomph after the computer adjusted? Any sound clips with it and the Resonator delete?

It's awesome - it definately has a little extra pop and the sound is great. I get a few extra head turns and intrigued smiles.

Have the resonator delete piece waiting at dealership - work has had me traveling a lot lately so I'm behind on updating this....soon!

Had the resonator delete kit put on yesterday. It's perfect in my book for the sound levels I want for a daily driver. I'm sure the DP will just give it a fuller sound as long as there is a cat on it. Now I just need to unplug the soundakator or find a local person with VAGCOM to turn it off.

    Morning! It's been a while....a few updates:

Did stage 2 APR software, ECU/TCU, and their intercooler. The car is amazingly quick...in the city. I still dislike top end power/torque but not bad for a 2.0T

Upgraded brake pads (yellow stuff, brake dust everywhere) & did stainless steel brake lines.

Lastly, I got my HREs powdercoated stain black. Really pleased with how they turned out. This weekend I decided to deep clean/coat them and I did a titanium stud conversion, great result.. MRG makes some really nice studs for our cars.

Disclaimer: I reformatted my SD card on my DSL camera like a dummy....here comes iphone pics.

    After Powder, before coating:

A few products used to clean wheels/tires/wheel wells

    Best rim coating I've used...Kamikaze:

    MVP for breaking lugs off:

    Final product....coating plus new studs:
